Common questions.

You need a valid PHV operator licence issued by your local council. We accept licences from any UK licensing authority — not just Liverpool. Your licence number will be verified before onboarding is complete.
On the Starter plan we take 0.5% of each card payment processed through the platform. On a £10 fare that's 5 pence. Cash fares are not subject to any transaction fee — only card payments processed through Stripe. Growth plan reduces this to 0.25%, Pro plan has zero transaction fees.
Card payments are paid out weekly every Monday to your registered bank account via Stripe. Cash fares are collected by your drivers directly and reconciled monthly on Pro plans.
Yes. On Growth and above your booking page is branded with your business name. On Pro you get full white label — your own domain, your own logo, your colours throughout. Passengers see your brand, not ours.
Drivers can privately flag a passenger as someone they prefer not to serve again. This is completely private — the passenger is not notified — and does not affect their ability to book. The flag simply excludes that driver from future dispatch to that passenger. Works both ways — riders can flag drivers too.
On Starter there is no setup fee. Growth and Pro plans have an optional one-time onboarding fee of £99 that covers branded page setup, driver onboarding, and a 1-hour training call. This is optional — you can self-setup at no cost.
Yes — upgrade or downgrade anytime. Upgrades take effect immediately. Downgrades take effect at the end of your current billing month. No penalties either way.
